Report bug
Please explain any bug or problem in as much detail as possible. Based on your feedback, we will try to "reproduce" these bugs and problems so that we get the same results/experience.
- Always include the quote or your order number (DP number) if you have it available;
- Always include files if something went wrong with this;
- The place where the bug occurs, for example while uploading files or modifying part options;
- The steps taken after which the bug occurs. What do you click on? Try to describe as specifically as possible what went wrong: what were you trying to do and what kind of error message did you get, for example?
- The result you expected to get but also the final result;
- Perhaps you can take a screenshot of the situation? If so, we would like to receive this as well.
