Updates on Dumaco Portal

Our goal is to make the portal as user-friendly as possible for our customers. Therefore, we are continuously innovating and improving. We list the most important features and updates of the past six months.

Bending

Bending is available in Dumaco Portal. At Dumaco Portal, you can easily have your sheet metal bent in the same order after laser cutting. This process allows your metal components to be precisely shaped to the desired form.

Smart recognition of file names

If the file name is set up correctly, we can recognize the sheet thickness and numbers from it. These are then automatically set under the 'material options'. This is ideal for calculations/orders where a large number of lines are uploaded at the same time. Read more about this functionality here.

Track & trace available DHL deliveries

If an order is shipped with DHL you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail from us. In this, the track & trace link mentioned at the top. With a DHL shipment you will be able to see the current shipping status. It can take a while before the DHL Track & Trace becomes active.

Addition Corten steel

Corten steel, CorTen A has been added to the portal. You can find the current material overview under "Component options".

Addition steel S700

High-strength steel (S700) has been added to the portal. You can find the current material overview under "Component options".

Material Certificates

When you calculate a quotation, you can also include the request for a material certificate. With a material certificate, you have confirmation that the material you ordered has been incorporated into the delivered order and meets the appropriate material specification.
