How do I see my quote?🔗︎

After the product is uploaded and configured, you can see the price immediately. However, it is necessary to create an account for this. This is completely free and without obligation!

How can I configure my quote?🔗︎

After uploading your file, under "part options," choose the correct quantities, material and sheet thickness of the product to be produced. After this, the price is quickly calculated. The price is determined based on the delivery time and selected options. You can reach the part options via the button with the “red pencil".

The price calculation is not made🔗︎

If you have to wait a long time for the price calculation, you can press 'Shift + F5' to refresh the screen. The Dumaco Portal will then reload and the price will be displayed quickly.

Can I see previous quotes?🔗︎

An existing quote is easily found in the main menu "Quotes". This overview shows previously created quotations.

Do you also offer volume discounts?🔗︎

Volume discount, volume discount or volume discount: whatever you want to call it, it is available in the portal. For large runs, this is automatically factored into the price and reflected in the unit prices.

You can. At the bottom left of each quotation you can enter a reference such as your purchase number, PO number or item number. This will also appear on the order confirmation and invoice. You can also search in your quote and/or order summary by this self-selected reference.

How long is my offer valid?🔗︎

Dumaco uses dynamic, automated pricing in the Dumaco Portal. As a result, pricing may have changed if you log in again.

Are you looking for another type of material? At our branches we have a much larger selection and variety - if the material you are looking for is not available in our portal, please request it via our request form.

Material certificate request🔗︎

When you calculate a quotation, you can also include the request for a material certificate. With a material certificate, you have confirmation that the material you ordered has been incorporated into the delivered order and meets the appropriate material specification.

How do I request a material certificate?🔗︎

After uploading your file, under 'part options' check material certificate. You can reach the part options via the button with the red pencil.

What certificate will I receive?🔗︎

After placing your order, you will receive a 3.1 or a 2.2 material certificate according to standard EN 10204:2004. The certificate is provided to us by the manufacturer. This certificate is a declaration that the material delivered meets the standards and/or specifications of the material in question.

Overview certificates🔗︎

You will receive a 3.1 certificate with the material types Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 314, Corten steel, S355, S700 and Aluminium (EN AW-5754 - AlMg3). You will receive a 2.2 certificate for material types S235, DC01 and Sendzimir DX51D+Z275.

Difference in certificates

The type of material certificate indicates whether the base material comes from a batch (2.2 certificate) . Here, representative material from the same production process is considered. This is a document in which the producer confirms in writing that the delivery meets the stated specifications of the product. With a 3.1 certficate, it has been tested within the lot number delivered. This is an independent test report.

What is the cost of the certificate?🔗︎

All certificates are additionally calculated in the quotation. At the bottom of the packaging and transportation costs, you will see the amount for the requested certificates.

When will I receive the material certificate?🔗︎

The certificate will be sent by email to the contact person who placed the order. You can expect to receive the requested material certificate within a week of delivery.
