Can I see a preview of my part?🔗︎
When you submit your file you will be shown a preview of the final result. Via the red pencil of 'Part options' you can see a preview. Depending on the type of file, you can also choose a 3D view. At the bottom right you can see the legend with the meaning of colors. Once you have specified the 'Part options' you can still see the example by clicking on the gray bar with specifications of material and sheet thickness.
Can I continue ordering at another time?🔗︎
Yes, you can. All quotations (files, part options) are automatically saved. You can complete your order at a later time. There is no time limit for this. You can find this under "Quotations". Calculations made earlier may be different (higher/lower), because a new calculation is made.
Always check yourself
The submission process through our order portal is fully automated. With the upload of the files, we also immediately check for the general delivery specifications and specific guidelines of an operation. We call this the manufacturability analysis. You can view this manufacturability analysis yourself. It is displayed at line level under 'edits'.
I would like to reorder an order🔗︎
Go to 'Orders' in your account and click on the order you want to re-order. Click 're-order' at the top right. A new order will be created. Then you can re-order the entire order or part of the order.
I need this order urgently🔗︎
In the case of an urgent order, please choose 'fast delivery' if this delivery time is available in the portal. Our advice is to pay this order online with iDeal. You are then also not dependent on the balance on your customer credit. You will then also receive your invoice immediately.
Available materials🔗︎
We are constantly expanding our range of materials in the portal. Currently have a wide range of thin and thick sheets of sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
The desired material is not available through portal🔗︎
Are you looking for another type of material? At our branches we have a much larger selection and variety - if the material you are looking for is not available in our portal, please request it via our request form.
!!! warning "Making minor adjustment". The delivery process through our order portal is fully automated. Performing minor adjustments or changes to the design/file is therefore also not possible. Nor can we perform this for you afterwards. It is not possible for us to assess whether you have applied these consciously or unconsciously.
I want to combine a portal order with a location order.🔗︎
It is not possible to combine Dumaco Portal orders with those from another Dumaco location for production and logistics reasons. We make no exceptions in this.
I want to add parts to an order🔗︎
It is not possible to add additional parts to an order that has the status 'accepted' or in production'. You can create a new order in which these parts are placed.
