Using the Portal🔗︎

The Dumaco Portal is best used on a HD (High Definition) desktop screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels or higher. And please choose one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. We do request that you use the most recent version of these browsers.

Sign up as a beta tester

We are continuously developing the Dumaco Portal to make ordering even easier. Therefore we are looking for customers who like to be the first to use new features and give their opinion about them. You can sign up at portal@dumaco.com mention beta testing.

The legal cooling-off period does not apply to Dumaco Portal, in accordance with the Dutch law, BW 6.5.2b.3 - Article 230p f1. We only produce according to the client's specifications. This involves customization. Because everything we make is custom-made, it is not possible to return the order. Please pay close attention to this when submitting the files.

All our products and services are subject to the latest versions of the Metaalunie conditions. Upon request, we can also send you the Metaalunie conditions.

Can I order products from Dumaco as a private person?🔗︎

Yes, it is also possible to order products from us as an individual / consumer. Because everything we make is custom-made, it is not possible to return the order. Please pay attention to this when submitting the files.

Can I also get advice from Dumaco as a private person?🔗︎

No, personal advice is only given to business customers. We are happy to help private customers / consumers via Dumaco Portal.

Which terms and conditions apply to private customers?🔗︎

Our general terms and conditions apply to both consumers and businesses.
