You can cancel the order up to 30 minutes after placing the order, while the order status is still on "Created" or "Accepted". If more than 30 minutes have passed after payment and/or order acceptance, the order automatically goes into production and it is too late to cancel the order.

How do I cancel my order?

In the order overview, select the order you want to cancel. Click on the 'Cancel order' button. If your order has been accepted, it can no longer be cancelled by our automated process.

How will I know if my order has been successfully cancelled?

You will automatically receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Check the junk mail folder, if necessary. In addition, for the specific order, the order status will change to "Cancelled".

Canceling option is not available

If more than 30 minutes have passed after payment and/or order acceptance, the order is automatically sent to our production site. We can then no longer cancel the order. The order is then also given the status "In production".

Non-Cancellable process

If your order is "In Production", it cannot be cancelled by due to our automated process.

When will my amount be refunded?

A refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 10-14 business days.
