Can I review previously ordered orders?🔗︎

An existing order is easily found in the main menu "Orders". This overview shows previously ordered orders.

Re-ordering🔗︎

This is possible in two ways:

  1. Click on the order you want to re-order and under order details is the "Re-order" button. Click this button and a new quotation is created. You can still modify this as you wish and then order it.
  2. The other way is to select one or more orders in the order overview and then click 'Re-order'. The orders are now merged into one new quotation. This quotation can still be modified. Is the quotation complete? Then click 'Order' and this quotation will become a new order.

When re-ordering, the price calculation takes longer🔗︎

When creating a re-order, you may have to wait a little longer for the price calculation. The displayed product configurations will be updated with the most recent material price. If no price is shown after 15 seconds, you can press 'Shift + F5' to refresh the screen. The Dumaco Portal will then reload.

I am adjusting an old order but I see a different price🔗︎

Adjustments in the delivery date and changes in product configurations may affect pricing. In addition, we work with dynamic, automated pricing. Read more about pricing here.
