Can I call a Dumaco site about my Portal order? No, every order you have placed on Dumaco Portal also goes through the Portal. For questions, please contact Dumaco Portal customer service.

Order status🔗︎

What is the status of my order?🔗︎

If you have placed an order, you can follow the status in your account under "orders". In the overview you can immediately see the status of your order, download the receipt and/or invoice or re-order the same order.

  • Created: Your order has been created and will be verified by Dumaco. You do need to pay for your order in advance via iDeal (Mollie) or via your customer credit.
  • Accepted: Your order has been approved and is ready to be taken into production. At this stage you can still cancel your order within 30 minutes.
  • In production: Your order is currently in production.
  • Shipped: Your order has been prepared for shipment or is on its way to the delivery address.

Order confirmation🔗︎

Will I receive an order confirmation?🔗︎

After you have completed and paid for your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us at the e-mail address you provided. On the order confirmation you will find your order number, the product(s) you have composed and your (address) information. You will receive this within 5 minutes after placing an order. Note: also check your spam-box.

I placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation yet?🔗︎

After you have placed and paid for an order, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. If you have paid for an order but have not received an order confirmation, it may have ended up in the spam box.

If you think your order has not been completed successfully, it is wise to check in your own account under "orders" first.

Order in production🔗︎

Why is my order not in production yet?🔗︎

Your order may not be in production yet for several reasons. First, please verify that the order has been paid. In addition, production may depend on the delivery time selected.

When are orders processed?🔗︎

All orders are processed automatically. Depending on the selected delivery time, production starts soon after or we schedule your order. If we schedule your order, we do so during regular business hours and look for the most convenient production time.

How can I find a specific order?🔗︎

At the top of your screen you can search for specific orders. You can also search by the reference you entered.

Can I also order with a customer credit?🔗︎

As a business customer, it is possible to pay with a customer credit. This is intended for existing customers only. They can use a customer credit upon request.

Can I download a previously uploaded file?🔗︎

No, this is not possible. However, you can reorder and reconfigure an order.
