In which currency are the payments?

All invoices are drawn up in Euros.

When will I receive my invoice?

With an online payment via Mollie, you will receive your invoice immediately. You will always receive it by email at the billing address you specified. In addition, you can always download your invoices in order overview in the Dumaco Portal. When paying by customer credit, you will receive your invoice as soon as we have shipped the order.

What is the payment term?

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date.

How can I pay?

We offer several payment options. After you have turned your quote into an order, it is possible to pay via Mollie iDeal. Click the 'Pay' button and the payment screen of Mollie iDeal will appear. After payment, your order is immediately taken into production.

What online payment methods are there?

Mollie iDeal supports all known online payment methods and Dutch banks.

Customer Credit

I would rather pay afterwards

As a business customer, it is possible to pay afterwards. This is only possible for existing customers. They can use a customer credit upon request and after a credit check. After this you can place the order and you will receive the order confirmation.

How can I apply for a customer credit?

Fill out the contact form with your request for a credit. Always include your company name, branch, Chamber of Commerce and VAT number with your request. Your request will be reviewed by our finance department. This may take several business days.
