When will I receive my invoice?🔗︎

When paying online through Mollie, you will receive your invoice immediately. You will always receive it by e-mail at the billing address you provided. In addition, you can always download your invoices in order overview in the Dumaco Portal. When paying by customer credit, you will receive your invoice as soon as we have shipped the order.

Can I receive the invoice digitally by e-mail?🔗︎

All Dumaco Portal invoices are standard sent in PDF format per e-mail to the e-mail address registered under 'settings'.

Can I also download invoices?🔗︎

You can always download your invoices in order overview in the Dumaco Portal.

What payment terms does Dumaco use?🔗︎

Dumaco uses a payment term of 30 days after the invoice date.
