Forgot to add something to order🔗︎
If you forgot to add something to your order, it is best to place a new order with the items you forgot.
I want to change the address🔗︎
Changes of delivery or billing address are not possible. You can cancel the order within 30 minutes and then place a new order with the correct address.
Can I still change my order?🔗︎
It is not possible to change your order. However, as long as we have not yet taken the order into production, you can cancel the order in its entirety in most cases. You can then place a new order with the desired changes.
!!! "warning "Making minor adjustment". The delivery process through our order portal is fully automated. Performing minor adjustments or changes to the design/file is therefore also not possible. Nor can we perform this for you afterwards. It is not possible for us to assess whether you have applied these consciously or unconsciously.
Combine orders🔗︎
I want to combine a portal order with a location order.🔗︎
It is not possible to combine Dumaco Portal orders with those from another Dumaco location for production and logistics reasons. We make no exceptions in this.
Returning🔗︎
Customisation
Because everything we make is custom, it is not possible to return the order. Please pay close attention to this when submitting the files.
Can I return an order?🔗︎
No, you cannot. Because it is always custom made, it is not possible to return your order.
Cooling-off period🔗︎
The statutory cooling-off period does not apply at Dumaco Portal, in accordance with the Dutch law, BW 6.5.2b.3 - Article 230p f1. We produce exclusively according to the customer's specifications. This involves customisation.
