How can I register?🔗︎

Nice that you want to sign up for Dumaco's Portal. Welcome! Click on ‘Register now’.

  • In step 1, we will ask for your personal information. These are your personal or employee details.
  • In step 2, we ask for account details. You can create an account as a company or as an individual.
  • After completing the details, click on "Register Now.
  • You will receive an activation link via email. Open this link and your account is activated.
  • You can now log in.

Please check that the activation mail has not arrived in your junk mail (spam) box. If not, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please contact our customer service, provide the (correct) email address.

I forgot my password🔗︎

Lost your password? You can reset it easily. Go to ‘Forgot Password’, enter your email address and click on 'Forgot password'. If your email address is known to us, you will receive an email to reset your password. If you still have problems logging in after this, please contact our customer service and we will help you as soon as possible.

Can I set a different billing and/or delivery address?🔗︎

Upon registration, the address you entered is automatically taken as your billing and delivery address. Would you like to change this? Go to the address book.

Where can I edit my account?🔗︎

You can edit all of your settings in our Account. To do this, click on your account name. Under 'My account' you can change your phone number. Under 'Settings' you can change your language choice or subscribe/subscribe to our newsletter. You can change your login details under 'Security'.
