Orders are delivered within the Netherlands to the chosen location. We find it important that the products are delivered complete and without damage. We therefore ensure proper packaging and work with reliable logistics partners.

Note: Our trucks and vans do not always carry a forklift (moffett). Please keep this in mind when placing your order and, if necessary, arrange for unloading equipment at your location.

Is it possible to collect my order?🔗︎

No, it is not possible to collect your order from us. Because we have several locations and production is divided among these locations, we choose to deliver the end product to your delivery address.

Can I change a delivery date or address details during shipping?🔗︎

It is not possible to change the delivery date or address details.

When will an order be delivered?🔗︎

Orders are delivered by our regular carrier or DHL Parcel during regular office hours. This is from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Except Sundays and public holidays.

DHL delivery🔗︎

Track & trace🔗︎

If an order is shipped with DHL you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This will contain the track & trace link at the top. With a DHL shipment you will be able to see the current shipping status. It may take a while before the DHL Track & Trace becomes active.

Not present for a DHL delivery?🔗︎

At DHL it is also possible to give delivery permission or drop permission. This also applies to business deliveries. To do this, go to the DHL Parcel website.

Cannot be delivered by DHL?🔗︎

If it is not possible to deliver the order at the agreed time and location, the order will be presented a second time in the case of a DHL shipment. After this, the order is left at a DHL BusinessPoint. You are responsible for collecting your order from a DHL BusinessPoint.

Delivery by carrier Moens🔗︎

Track & trace🔗︎

If an order is shipped with Moens you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. With our carrier Moens there is now no possibility for a track & trace link with shipping status.

Not present🔗︎

If the driver of our transporter Moens does not find anyone at the agreed time and location, the orderer will be contacted by telephone for parking permission. If contact cannot be made and there is no suitable drop-off location, the driver will take the order back to Dumaco.
