In the Dumaco Portal, you can collaborate with multiple users. You can easily add colleagues. Click on your organisation at the top right to open the menu, click on 'Team' to go to the team. To manage the team, you must have the role 'Administrator'.

What roles are there in the portal?🔗︎
- A team member has access to the quotes and orders.
- An administrator can add/delete team members, change/add addresses or change communication settings.
Team member🔗︎
Add a team member🔗︎
- Click on '+ New team member
- Enter the email address and choose what permissions the new team member should have.
- A member has access to quotes and orders.
- An administrator can add/remove team members, change/add addresses or change communication settings.
- Your colleague will now receive an email with the invitation. If your colleague does not have an account with Dumaco Portal yet, you will be prompted to create one.
Notificaton other emailaddress?
When clicking on the invitation, does your colleague get an error message that the invitation is addressed to another user? Then your colleague is already signed in with a different e-mail address. You can either withdraw the invitation and address it to the e-mail address your colleague is signed in with, or your colleague should log out and open the invitation again.
Edit team member🔗︎
By clicking on the pencil icon behind the team member, you can edit the permissions of a team member.
Delete team member🔗︎
Would you like to delete a team member, for example in case of departure, resignation or a change of position? You can do so by clicking on the trash can icon behind the team member. This will remove the team member from your organisation.

An administrator can add another administrator.
Deleting an administrator🔗︎
Administrators can remove each other, and you can also remove yourself as an administrator. The latter is only possible if another administrator exists within the team.
No administrator present🔗︎
Is the administrator unable to block/remove another user? For example, because this person is no longer working within the company or is absent for a long time. Please contact us. We can then set up a new administrator for you.
