Products are packed in boxes and/or pallets depending on size and weight.

  • Products are packed per order as much as possible; (so it is possible that one package contains different products)
  • Loose products or boxes are always strapped to the pallet or wrapped in film;

Is it possible to specify the packaging?🔗︎

It is not possible to specify the packaging or use your own bins/pallets/packaging.

What size are the pallets?🔗︎

The pallets are suitable for use with a forklift and have a standard size of 800x1200 mm.

Do the pallets have to go with the transporter?🔗︎

Yes, you can return pallets to the transporter. We work with an exchange system. This is not registered but is used as a rule.

Do you offer white label packaging?🔗︎

We do not currently offer white label packaging. All parts are shipped with recognizable Dumaco packaging.

Are there stickers on the parts?🔗︎

NO, the parts are not delivered stickered.
